At Sweet Burn Candles & Melts, we strive for customer satisfaction.
All items are hand-made in small batches with the utmost care and quality in mind.
Due to this, there may be some minor discrepancies in the appearance of candles and melts.
Sweating and frosting may also occur during transportation, this is the normal nature of wax, though we can assure it won't affect the quality or functionality of the final products.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges due to a change of mind; this is a kind reminder to please double-check your orders upon check out.
Damaged Items
Upon receiving your purchase, please inspect for any damage. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we may evaluate and rectify it immediately.

Please email us at sweetburncandlesandmelts@gmail.com with documentation of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds or replacements will be carried out if applicable.
Refunds or Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you of your refund status. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
